Techair Group may provide customers with Good Better Best options for selected services, repairs, replacements and installations. These options are designed to give customers clear choices based on different levels of scope, inclusions, products, materials, performance, efficiency, durability, warranties or long-term benefits. The availability, suitability, pricing and inclusions of each option will vary depending on the service required, site conditions, safety requirements, product availability, regulatory requirements and the technician’s assessment. Not all jobs will be suitable for all three options. Techair Group may provide fewer options or recommend a specific solution where required for safety, compliance, technical or site-specific reasons. All options are subject to the final quote, agreed scope of works, inclusions, exclusions and any terms provided before the customer accepts the work. Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, remedies or guarantees available under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa or any other applicable law.
